2nd Annual Holiday Fun Walk/Run at Virginia War Memorial December 7

Join the J. R. Tucker High School Marine Corps JROTC cadets for their holiday walk/run. The course offers exquisite views of the James River, and Belle Isle and Brown's Island. Check-in from 7:45 am to 8:45 am on December 7, followed by an opening ceremony at 9:15, after which time the race will start. Check-in is at the Virginia War Memorial. 

The race benfits the J. R. Tucker MCJROTC Program. Funds raised will pay for field trips, team competitions, meals, charter buses, hotels, school and special events supplies, along with exercise equipment, uniforms, and scholarships. A T-shirt is included with each registration. The top three runners will receive a medal.
